Please follow this link to return or exchange your item or order to Glover Sports.
You may return any item purchased from Glover Sports for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Glover Sports Customer Service team.

Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Glover reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in an acceptable condition.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Glover prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product returns.
For exchange requests, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with product returns.
Glover cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customers keep their tracking information safe.
With all returns and exchanges, your order number must be written on the package. Returns or exchanges will not be processed without this.

Atlanta GA 30326Shipments received without order numbers on the package will be returned to the sender. Shipments received without an order number on the package will be returned at the sender's expense.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution.
Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through Glover.com cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchase for instructions on exchanges and returns.
This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.

Glover warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse.
Glover's sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned within with 120-day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.
