Limitation of Liability Agreement

I, the signer, certify and acknowledge:

That Glover Sports has respectively advised me prior to my commencement of participation in their training programs that such participation could result in physical injury.

That I freely and knowingly assume the risk in such programs, and I hereby waive any right, claim, or cause of action against Glover Sports and release him/her and/or him/her or company from any liability for any injury, cost, damage expense or claim, which I or anyone on my behalf might incur as a direct or indirect result of my participation in this program.

That in any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible and that this training is no substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment.

That high intensity training is not recommended for any individuals with health conditions or physical limitations including, but not limited to cardiac illness, late stages of pregnancy, post-surgery and also that I assume the risk of this training and release the teachers and gym from any liability claims.

That I have read this Liability Waiver form and understand and agree with each of the foregoing points.
